Delivery Minimums

Delivery minimums are based on how accessible your address is and not just distance from Blue Jeans. Some nearby areas have narrow, older roads that take longer and more care to navigate safely, so our minimums were made to reflect Worcester driving conditions.

We’re not able to give estimated delivery times. Road, weather and traffic conditions vary too much for us to promise a window — and we’d rather our drivers take the time they need to get to you safely than rush to beat a timer. This is not to say that speed doesn’t matters to us though. Once your food is made and dispatched, it’s on its way to you with no unnecessary stops.

How We Deliver

Every Blue Jeans driver is a trained team member, not a gig contractor. Training covers proper food handling and packing, so a pizza that’s 20 minutes from the kitchen still arrives as close to fresh as the drive allows. Orders go out in heated bags (where appropriate, like for pizzas and wings) and are sent out really the moment your food is ready.

And this matters more the farther you are from us. On easy-access routes, delivery driver training means faster, hotter delivery. On rural roads and hard-to-reach addresses, it can make the difference between a meal that held up on the drive.
